Russia's main bourse, the U.S.-sanctioned Moscow Exchange, will list bitcoin and Tether's USDT in December. The exchange wants to bring back crypto trading that Russians currently do abroad. Notably, USDT is issued by a company that freezes wallets on the U.S. sanctions list, adding complexity to the listing.
