Thailand's securities regulator finalized rules for bitcoin and ether ETFs, with the first products eligible to list from Oct. 16. The local market has lost more than half its active traders since 2024. The Securities and Exchange Commission issued eleven notices and one exchange-related notice to implement the framework.
