Justice Department indicts former postal worker for tossing out mail-in ballots in Utah

The Justice Department unsealed an indictment Tuesday accusing former U.S. Postal Service employee Damon Matai Seei, 34, of Payson, Utah, of throwing out around 300 mail-in ballots. A federal grand jury indicted him last Wednesday on one count of unlawful secretion, destruction, and delay of mail, according to court records.
