Binance to Charge 10 USDC Minimum Monthly Fee on EU Accounts From November 29

Binance will charge EU account holders a 0.025% monthly fee or a 10 USDC minimum from November 29, with affected accounts closing on December 31. Withdrawals will remain open for impacted users during the transition, according to the exchange's notice.
