SEC Clears ARK Venture Fund For Tokenized And Exchange-Traded Share Classes

The SEC granted ARK Venture Fund amended exemptive relief under the Investment Company Act, allowing it to create an Exchange Class and a Tokenized Class. The Tokenized Class can maintain ownership records via distributed-ledger technology, with trading potentially through alternative trading systems. ARK has not announced trading yet.
