Ripple, Cardano, Chainlink, Hedera, Stellar, Aptos & Avalanche Support SEC ‘Regulation Crypto Assets’

Ripple filed a comment letter supporting the SEC's proposed Regulation Crypto Assets, which applies the Howey test to treat the investment contract, not the asset itself, as a security. The proposal builds on a prior SEC-CFTC harmonization initiative. Ripple CLO Stuart Alderoty said, 'We support the proposal.' Cardano, Chainlink, Hedera, Stellar, Aptos, and Avalanche also support the rules.
