ENS tokenholders passed a proposal with 1.27 million ENS in favor and 480,690 against, handing endowment control to a staffed foundation. Co-founder Alex Van de Sande voted no after decoding the executable, arguing the DAO disappears from the endowment's control chain. The move shifts governance away from the DAO.
