New CrowdStrike 'FalconFlank' zero-day grants SYSTEM privileges

An anonymous researcher known as "Nightmare Eclipse" released a CrowdStrike Falcon zero-day exploit named "FalconFlank" that enables privilege escalation on fully patched Windows systems. The exploit targets a vulnerability in the security software, potentially allowing attackers to gain SYSTEM-level access. CrowdStrike has not yet issued a patch.
