The House censured Rep. Chuck Edwards (R-N.C.) Tuesday after the Ethics Committee found he failed to adhere to rules prohibiting sexual harassment of staff. Every Democrat and all but two Republicans voted for censure. Edwards, who abandoned his reelection campaign, apologized on the floor.
