BitGo is acquiring NYDIG's institutional trading business in a deal worth up to $57.5 million. The purchase of NYDIG IF Holdings includes $42.5 million in cash and stock, with $7 million cash and $35.5 million in BitGo shares. Additional $15 million may follow if revenue milestones are met.
