A bipartisan group of senators sent a letter to Secretary of State Marco Rubio urging action to secure the release of American journalist Reza Valizadeh, 49, a dual Iranian-American citizen imprisoned in Iran. The letter came one day before U.S. officials indirectly talked with Iranian officials in New York. Valizadeh remains unjustly detained.
