Trump, Vance offer 1 percent commission for fraud whistleblowers

President Trump and Vice President Vance announced a $25 million whistleblower program that pays cash to people who tip off the federal government about fraudsters. The Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program offers a 1 percent commission to those whose tip leads to a successful conviction. Trump said the initiative targets fraud across federal programs.
