Box's evaluation found Claude Opus 5.5 used about one-third as many tokens as Opus 5. Tasks finished 30% faster and deliverables were 42% shorter, with accuracy maintained. Opus 5.5 also has lower input and output prices than its predecessor, making it more cost-efficient.
