Yellow Card Acquires GoMoney to Enter Brazil’s Stablecoin Payments Market

Stablecoin payments company Yellow Card acquired Brazilian virtual asset provider GoMoney, giving it direct operations in Brazil and its first owned business in Latin America. The deal closed in October 2026 and was announced on November 4. The companies did not disclose financial terms. The purchase moves Yellow Card into Brazil's stablecoin payments market.
