Critical cPanel Flaw Could Let One Hosting Customer Take Root Control of a Whole Server

cPanel released patches for a critical security flaw in domain parking and addon domain functionality affecting cPanel and WebHost Manager (WHM). The vulnerability, tracked as CVE-2026-65643, could allow code execution as the root user. It impacts all supported versions of cPanel & WHM. cPanel described the issue as critical, urging administrators to apply updates immediately to prevent potential server compromise.
