French treasury management firm Capital B acquired 13 bitcoin with $1.1 million raised from issuing 172,978 new shares at $6.45 each, boosting its bitcoin treasury to about $294 million. The share offering was confirmed on Sept. 28, strengthening the firm's digital asset holdings.
