Legal group files Hatch Act complaint over Omar search

Democracy Defenders Fund filed a Hatch Act complaint Tuesday against the Department of Homeland Security, its secretary Markwayne Mullin, Attorney General Todd Blanche, and the Justice Department over the search of Rep. Ilhan Omar's (D-Minn.) home. The watchdog group called for an investigation into whether federal agencies violated the Hatch Act during the search.
