Appeals court backs finding Trump colluded with IRS, Treasury

An appeals court on Tuesday backed a lower court judge who found President Trump colluded with the Justice Department in bringing and later dismissing a case seeking $10 billion in damages from the IRS. Florida-based U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams had made the finding in July.
