Zcash Community Grants Abandons Its Own Funding Cut, Leaves Dev Fund’s Future to Governance

The Zcash Community Grants committee abandoned its proposal to cut its own funding and move about 36,200 ZEC into a reserve for future miners. Instead, it said Zcash's usual governance process will decide the dev fund's future, leaving the matter to community consensus.
