Hawkeye Digital taps Securitize to tokenize its shares on Ethereum

Hawkeye Digital will tokenize its HWKE shares on Ethereum via Securitize in 2027, preserving voting and dividend rights for eligible investors. The move brings traditional equity onto the blockchain, expanding the tokenized securities market and offering investors blockchain-based access to shares with retained corporate rights.
