Right-wing activist James O’Keefe was charged in Minnesota Wednesday for unlawful voting and identity theft. He and Cam Higby allegedly misrepresented themselves using registered voters’ names at polling places during the state’s primary. Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty announced the felony charges.
