Anyone Can Launch a Hyperliquid Prediction Market Soon — But There’s a Catch

Hyperliquid will allow permissionless deployment for HIP-4 outcome markets in a future upgrade, starting on testnet. Validators will vote on standardized outcome templates stored onchain. Deployers must stake 500,000 HYPE, locked for six months, and receive an initial allocation of 100 outcomes. Deployers can set fees.
