Bolivia's VIVA, a LatAm telecom operator, is putting part of its finances on Avalanche. Led by former IBM Blockchain partner Jules Miller, Iris helps VIVA use stablecoins for settlement, dollar reserves and new financial services without replacing existing telecom systems.
