Ozempic-maker sues rival, accusing it of false advertising

Novo Nordisk, the maker of Wegovy and Ozempic, has launched legal action accusing its arch rival Eli Lilly of false advertising. The lawsuit targets claims made by Eli Lilly about its own weight-loss drugs. Novo Nordisk seeks to halt what it calls misleading marketing practices in the competitive GLP-1 market.
