Musk returns to Trump world for Pentagon war study

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth announced Wednesday that Elon Musk, Anduril founder Palmer Luckey, and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich will lead a Pentagon study of future warfare dubbed 'Project Meridian.' Hegseth unveiled the initiative at Marine Corps Base Quantico, saying it will focus on developing weapons for future conflicts. Pentagon technology chief Emil Michael will help facilitate.
