Better is expanding a Bitcoin-backed mortgage product that lets crypto holders use BTC as collateral without selling. The product combines a conforming mortgage with a separate loan secured by pledged Bitcoin. Better originates and services both loans, while Coinbase provides custody infrastructure. Borrowers must pledge BTC as collateral.
