Waymo Expands Robotaxi Service to Las Vegas and Tokyo in Major Global Push

Waymo launches robotaxi service in Las Vegas with a few dozen vehicles using its sixth-generation self-driving system, its first Nevada market. It targets a 2027 commercial launch of fully driverless taxis in Tokyo, partnering with Japanese taxi-app GO and a taxi company.
