Circle launched StableFX on its Arc blockchain network, offering approved institutions 24/7 stablecoin-based foreign exchange settlement. The system uses request-for-quote pricing from multiple liquidity providers and smart-contract settlement to complete both sides of a trade simultaneously. Circle provides software and settlement infrastructure, not acting as an intermediary holding customer funds.
