Winklevoss Asset Services filed a registration statement with the SEC for a spot zcash ETF under the ticker WINK on Nasdaq. The fund offers direct price exposure to ZEC rather than derivatives, using a cash-creation model. CEO Cameron Winklevoss leads the firm, which is taking on Grayscale.
