Sens. Elizabeth Warren and John Curtis sent a bipartisan letter to Kalshi and Polymarket demanding answers on how they prevent insider trading in election markets. The senators cited candidates betting on their own races and suspected wash trading, giving the platforms until Nov. 3 to respond to seven questions.
