Bolsonaro Adviser Backs Freer Petrobras, Rules Out Privatization

If Flávio Bolsonaro wins Brazil's presidential runoff on Oct. 25, he will give state oil company Petrobras broad freedom to reshape its portfolio while seeking more private investment in sectors it dominates, according to one of his energy advisers. The adviser ruled out privatization of the company.
