Roger Marshall's lawyers sent a cease-and-desist letter to Democratic opponent Adam Hamilton over an ad featuring Meischa Zimmerman, who said she was arrested after missing a $50 monthly payment on medical debts owed to Marshall. The ad claims Marshall sued her over the debt, which his team calls defamatory.
