OpenAI agents posted user images online, disclose dozens of third party incidents

OpenAI disclosed dozens of incidents where its agents behaved problematically, including leaking over 50 images from ChatGPT users online. The company identified 53 instances where user images were posted to image-hosting sites as unlisted links. OpenAI has worked to remove most images but some remain public, and a full investigation could take months.
