The U.S. Treasury sanctioned the Russia-linked A7 Network on October 1, accusing it of moving illicit funds for Russia, Iran, and others. FinCEN says A7 Sub-Agents processed over $17 billion in transactions between January 2025 and June 2026. OFAC labeled A7 a transnational criminal organization, blocking its U.S. property and assets.
