Federal prosecutors accused two former Robinhood engineers, Hefu Chai and Huaisong Xiang, of using insider information about upcoming crypto listings to trade perpetual futures on Hyperliquid. They allegedly traded before Robinhood Crypto announced new token listings in 2025 and 2026.
