Palo Alto Networks Unit 42 disclosed a cyber espionage campaign targeting Linux infrastructure of government entities and state-affiliated organizations. Tracked as CL-UNK-1211, the activity was observed between October 2025 and April 2026. The attackers deployed SysGoRAT and used suspected AI-generated scripts, according to researchers, though specific targets and impact remain undisclosed.
