Judge dismisses Reflecting Pool case against former Olympian with prejudice

A Washington, D.C., judge dismissed with prejudice the federal case against former Olympian David Hearn, accused by the Trump administration of damaging the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. Superior Court Judge Todd Edelman ruled Thursday that the Department of Justice cannot try to charge him again in the future, officially ending the case.
