AMC Entertainment will not consent to Robinhood stock tokens replicating AMC shares in the US, CEO Adam Aron said Thursday. The SEC framework gives issuers a limited right to block trading on a notified venue, not a blanket veto over tokenization or an automatic stop to Robinhood's offshore products.
