CFTC Gives Prediction Markets 30 Days to End State Geoblocks

The CFTC told federally registered prediction markets on Thursday they can no longer bar traders based on the state they reside in. The order gives these platforms 30 days to end state-based geoblocks, opening access to traders across all US states.
