Arbitrum's ARB token jumped over 30% to $0.11, breaking its $0.07-$0.10 range, as Robinhood Chain revenue surged. Robinhood's Ethereum layer-2, launched July 1, uses Arbitrum technology, paying part of its revenue to the Arbitrum ecosystem. Robinhood Chain generated $1.92 million in 24 hours.
