Germany's far-right AfD won a record 44% in Saxony-Anhalt on Sunday, more than doubling its 2021 share and finishing ahead of the CDU at 17%. BSW, which hasn't ruled out working with AfD, cleared the 5% threshold, giving the two parties 43 seats, one more than a majority.
