Multiple states including North Carolina, Massachusetts, New York and Pennsylvania reported technical issues at polling sites on Election Day. In New Bedford, Mass., problems with election machines were eventually resolved, according to local station WBSM. City spokesperson Jack Thuon said issues were reported in four locations, but voting continued without major disruption.
