Winklevoss Asset Services filed an S-1 with the SEC for a spot Zcash ETF, which would list on Nasdaq under ticker WINK with Gemini Trust as custodian. Winklevoss Capital affiliates may invest up to $100 million, though not binding. ZEC is up over 735% in the past year and trades near recent highs.
