BitMEX, one of the oldest crypto exchanges, faces another lawsuit days before its closure, repeating the 'God Access' theme. The suit, filed by Blockchain Recovery Investment Consortium (BRIC) on Sept. 12, relates to collapsed crypto giant Celsius and is filled with accusations based 'on information and belief.'
