Nor'easter Strengthens Threatening Millions Along US East Coast

An early-season nor’easter will bring damaging winds, coastal flooding, high surf and heavy rain to parts of the East Coast from North Carolina to New England through the weekend, according to the Weather Channel. Coastal New England, especially around Boston, is expected to see the worst impacts, with gusts up to 60 mph, possible flash flooding and power outages. New York City could also see rain, gusty winds and coastal flooding, with the heaviest rain farther east on Long Island.
