Former White House teleprompter operator Gabriel Perez was fined $172,000 by the CFTC for insider trading on prediction platform Kalshi. Perez read Trump's speeches an hour before delivery and bet on presidential mention markets, profiting over $107,500 between December 2025 and February 2026.
