German Workers Protest After VW Slashes Profit Outlook

Tens of thousands of German workers plan to stage protests on Monday seeking protection for jobs and factories after Volkswagen slashed its profit outlook late Friday. Employees at Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche and major suppliers will join demonstrations at more than 280 events nationwide, according to Bloomberg's Elisabeth Behrmann.
