‘Return the Bitcoin’: Blockstream Draws Line After 4,000 BTC Hack

Blockstream refuses to pay a bounty after a group drained nearly 4,000 BTC from Liquid Network, returned 3,400 BTC, and kept about 598.5 BTC. The company calls it theft, not white-hat security, and warns L-BTC holders could face a 15% loss.
