Blockstream Hunts ‘White Hats’ After 4,000 BTC Leaves Liquid

Liquid Network paused on Sunday after a so-called white hacker exploited a bug in Blockstream’s Elements software, according to Sideswap. Onchain sleuth Ergo BTC discovered that 4,000 BTC had exited the sidechain, prompting Blockstream to scramble to contain the exploit.
