Pentagon, SBA sign agreement expanding capital access for defense industrial base

The Pentagon and the Small Business Administration signed an agreement Monday to expand capital access for small businesses in the U.S. defense industrial base. The deal builds on the Smaller War Plants Commission announced in late August. It aims to strengthen supply chains by providing strategic funding to smaller defense contractors.
